Yes — browsing listings, reading reviews, and contacting businesses is completely free for travelers. You can create a free account to write reviews and save your favourite businesses.
Yaksure covers the full spectrum of Nepal's tourism industry: Travel & Tours, Trekking & Hiking, Hotels & Smart Stays, Transport & Logistics, Food & Dining, and Hidden Gems (off-the-beaten-track experiences). Use the category filter on the Browse Businesses page to narrow your search.
Finding the Right Business
Use the search bar on the homepage to filter by destination, category, or keyword. You can also browse by category cards or destination cards. Each business profile shows ratings, reviews, packages offered, and a verified badge — making it easy to compare options side by side.
The Yaksure Verified badge means the business has submitted legal documentation (business registration, NTB licence, etc.) that our team has reviewed and approved. Verified businesses are active, legitimate businesses operating in Nepal. Unverified listings are not shown publicly.
On any business's profile page, click the Send Inquiry button. If you are signed in, your name and email are sent automatically — no form-filling needed. The business will respond to your registered email address.
Reviews & Ratings
Sign in to your Yaksure account, visit the business's profile page, and click Write a Review. A popup will appear where you can rate the business (1–5 stars) and describe your experience. Reviews are moderated before being published to ensure quality and fairness.
No. Businesses cannot delete or edit reviews left by travelers. Only the Yaksure moderation team may remove a review — and only if it violates our community guidelines (spam, abusive language, or a clear conflict of interest). Genuine honest feedback, including criticism, is always kept.
The displayed rating is the average of all approved reviews for that business. Ratings are recalculated automatically each time a review is approved or removed.
Listing Your Business
Click List Your Business and complete the multi-step registration form. You will need to provide your business name, category, location, contact details, and upload supporting documents for verification. Once submitted, our team will review your application within a few business days.
The basic listing is free. We also offer optional paid plans that include features such as homepage spotlight, featured placement in search results, and enhanced search visibility. Paid plans are available after your business is verified.
Typically you will need: a copy of your company registration certificate, your Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) licence or equivalent permit for your category, and a valid PAN/VAT certificate. The exact requirements may vary by business type and are shown during the registration process.
Verification usually takes 2–5 business days from the time all required documents are submitted and approved. You will receive an email notification when your business goes live.
