Yaksure ("we", "us", "our") operates the tourism directory at yaksure.com. We are registered and operating from Kathmandu, Nepal. You can contact us at any time through our contact page.
Account data. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. Business owners additionally provide business details, contact numbers, and uploaded documents (registration certificates, licences).
Content you submit. Reviews, ratings, inquiry messages, and any other content you post on the Platform.
Usage data. Standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used only for security and performance monitoring.
Payment data. If you subscribe to a paid business plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
We do not use your data for automated profiling or targeted advertising.
