1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yaksure ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at yaksure.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, travelers, business owners, and other users of the Platform.

2. About the Platform

Yaksure is an online directory and discovery platform connecting travelers with tourism businesses operating in Nepal. We provide:

• A searchable directory of verified tourism businesses
• User-generated reviews and ratings
• An inquiry system between travelers and businesses
• Optional paid visibility features for listed businesses

Yaksure is a directory service. We do not operate as a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. Any service agreement is solely between the traveler and the relevant business.

3. User Accounts

To write reviews or submit inquiries you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Business Listings & Verification

Businesses may register to create a listing on Yaksure. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• You are authorized to represent the business
• The business holds all required licences and permits under Nepal law
• You will keep your listing information up to date

Yaksure performs a document review before publishing any listing. The "Verified" badge indicates we have reviewed submitted documentation; it is not a guarantee of service quality or financial reliability. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our discretion.

5. Reviews & User Content

By submitting a review or any other content, you grant Yaksure a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform.

You agree that your content will not:

• Be false, misleading, or defamatory
• Contain spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Include personal attacks, hate speech, or abusive language
• Relate to a business with which you have a financial or personal conflict of interest without disclosure

We moderate all reviews before publication and reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines. Businesses cannot remove reviews that comply with our guidelines.

6. Payments & Subscription Plans

Basic business listings are free. Optional paid plans (featured placement, homepage spotlight, enhanced search visibility) are offered on a subscription basis.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free listing tier

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform not submitted by users — including the Yaksure name, logo, design, text, and code — is the property of Yaksure and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Yaksure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of business-provided content or the quality of services delivered by listed businesses
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nepal law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Content you have submitted may remain on the Platform at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
